All so-called “products” or “services” offered on the Wild at Life website are of a symbolic (virtual) nature. All proceeds from the sale are allocated to the statutory purposes of our foundation.
For this reason, we do not offer direct returns, unless otherwise stated in a specific “product” or “service description”.

Describe your situation and the reasons why you are asking for a refund. We will review your case on an individual basis and contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
