Project: Saving Süleyman the Giraffe
Süleyman was found lying on his mother, waiting for her to wake up after being shot dead by poachers. When Süleyman was first brought to the sanctuary, he was anxious and not eating much. It took a while of getting used to, but now, Süleyman’s playful character shines.
While there are plenty of trees for Süleyman to feed from, this adoption allows us to buy milk which for now, Süleyman still drinks every other day. Any remaining will be set aside for his relocation in the future.
Please note: This is a manually-renewed ongoing donation aiming to support the animals’ expenses for a three-month period. The costs vary depending on factors such as the animal’s diet, required medication, the number of keepers, and the country in which they are located.
